The fourth book of How To series is about Painting and weathering World War II German Panzer IV tanks.
This issue has 70 pages, instead of the usual 68, with 160 pictures and 93 colour chips.

On the first article, Radek Pituch paints an Allied Panzer. He offers a detailed presentation of the Colour Modulation technique and the weathering sequence with 60 step-by-step photos. A brief historical data and some review details about the Dragon Models kit are also included.
The next article is for a German Panzer IV Ausf. E Tauchpanzer in Panzer Grey camouflage by Panagiotis Giatzoglou, which covers seven pages and includes 11 large format photos and very detail text .
