Master offers a 5cm barrel gun at 1/35 scale for the KWK39 that equipped the Sd.Kfz. 234 ‘Puma’.
The gun is made of turned aluminium, while the muzzle brake is 3D printed and comes free of supports, completely clean and ready to attach to the barrel.
The turning of the gun barrel has no apparent flaws and follows the typical conical shape. The muzzle brake also has a perfect print, with all the details including screws and the inner ring.
The gun barrel can be used directly on the MiniArt model, while for use with RFM or Dragon, Master has included an adapter ring also printed in 3D.
The set also includes a muzzle for the MG-42 that was mounted coaxially with the barrel. It comes separately with a brass muzzle and the part of the barrel that protruded 3D printed, for which a spare one is also included.
Conclusion
A nice update set that not only improves the barrel but also includes the MG in resin and brass.
