Another how to book from MrBlack Publications. This time it is about perfection of small scale models by Alex Clark's conversion in 1/72 scale.

In this volume, Alex Clark made an extensive conversion for an accurate representation of an Iraqi Type 69-II in 1/72 scale. He used as a base the T-54B Mid Production kit from AMMO Mig Jimenez A.MIG-8502.  Alex explains his conversion and upgrade using his scratch-built parts, but also available commercial parts. Book has 57 photos from a total of 73 showing not only the amazing assembly work, but also the painting and the weathering process of the vehicle. 

A nice addition is the detailed walkaround of a preserved Type 69-II command tank at the Bovington Tank Museum in the UK with 27 close-up photos. The photos are published with the owner, Scott Dimmick’s permission. The captions were written by Alex Clark.

The contents of the book continue with the detailed presentation of Alex Clark’s Used Stuff and Relevant Scale Models, Photo-etched, Brass Accessories, Resin Tracks, Paints, Weathering Materials and more. This part of the book has been produced by Mr Black Publications Team and Stelios Demiras, over 36 pages. It is like a small encyclopaedia for what is available in the market. About120 photos that show in detail the contents of the kits, photo-etched accessories, resin tracks and parts, plastic accessories, paints, weathering materials, decals sets, instruction guides and a lot of profiles for making some unique T-54/T-55/T-59/T-69 and all of their variants.

Totally the book has about 200 photographs.
