The British Chieftain main battle tank was, without doubt, the master of the battlefield during its time. Today, it still serves on the ‘Battlefield’ – but only as a target.

The images in this book deal with one vehicle family – Chieftain Mk.1 to Mk.11 and its variants. ARVs, ARRVs, AVREs and AVLBs are all covered. Even Chieftain 900 and the Wedge are explored.
