MiniArt offers the modeller a huge choice of diorama elements for a number of settings. This release provides a number of bread products with separate display trays. As regards the bread products you are provided with a French stick, batons, Bloomers, 2 sizes of croissant, 2 types of pretzel, a round loaf, a plaited loaf and what looks like a Danish pastry. You are provided with 6 of each bread type, and 9 display trays. Looking at these products they could be used as indicated on the package, but for me there appeal lies showing them in the possession of troops in order to supplement their rations. The finishing of the products if shown together will require that careful painting is utilised to indicate different levels of baking finish, as nothing screams unnatural as a uniform product that will never be as such.
