Spalah's SP20272 is a small set of domestic animals in 1/72 scale. Coming in a transparent plastic box with a label and protected with foam, there is a 3D-printed cage with the animals attached to their supports.

It includes a dog, three cats, two hens and a rooster in different poses.

It is a curious and welcome touch that the protection for the figures is in the form of a fence, which can  be used later on in a scene if cut carefully.

Removing the figures from the base and supports is easy, as they can be cut off with a sharp blade without any problem. It is advisable to go over them carefully with magnification aid to clean off any remaining support.

The figures are very good, with a lot of detail despite their scale and small size. The rooster's tail has several parts and the hens' feet have extremely fine toes.

Conclusion

A small set that will add a nice touch to any scene. The printing quality is excellent so as the design, they look absolutely natural.
