This is the fifth variation of the Centurion that Amusing Hobby has produced.  It's the Israeli upgraded version with a different engine, transmission, and the L7 105mm gun.  In addition, this is the 3rd version of that upgrade which includes the reactive armor.  This version was used in the conflict in Lebanon in the early 1980's.
