Based on what the website link on the pic says, it is from the Spanish Civil War. Doing searches related to that, I could find nothing on it specifically. I did find a bunch of funky-looking armored cars built on similar 1920-'30s car and truck chassis though, like below.

All those are pics (except the "car") are Hispano-Suiza T69 trucks, built in Barcelona. The car IIRC is also H-S built.

The artillery tractor looks to be one of the T-69 chassis exported to South America

Javier is correct. I found out a bit more on it. It is a Truck/Artillery Tractor Armored Hispano Suiza T 69, 1937 with trailer towing a 150 mm Schneider howitzer.
