For the interior I used Vallejo 974 "Green Sky", but this color is too greenish, so I mixed it with Vallejo 71001 "White".

I'm back to work.
As You can see on the pictures I added racks for Toga armour and some tie downs. I'm still waiting for the nuts and bolts from Meng, to start mounting the Toga armour tiles. Exhaust pipe still needs a lot of work.

It's time, to start assembly of Toga armour tiles:

this is just my kind of modelling. this build is coming along very nicely. Maybe you consider pimping the Toga armour with a coating it originally came with but which usually got lost during use. It might be replicated with aluminum foil. Just an idea...

I really like the look of the coating on the Toga, it looks great, Bartek! Was there really always a coating on the Toga applied. The picture Michael Kohl posted is from the South Lebanese Army according to the site it was taken from. Not sure if this was something they did or if the IDF did it as well.

Not 100 % sure on that one, but to my knowlegde, most of the SLA-M113 have been "purchased" from Israel. One or the other even kept their IDF-ID with the letter Tzadik in front (or aft, if you do not read it the hebrew/arabic style )

Michael, You have right, the most of (if not all) vehicles in the SLA army came from IDF. I like the blue color of the SLA vehicles, maybe this is idea for the next project

David, panels are made from thin styrene sheet.
During weekend I made the front support for Toga armour tiles.

Small update:

I just saw your post and you are doing an excellent job in scratch building this variant of the M113.

I'm no expert but when the engine compartment is open to the crew area with just a mesh screen are you not exposing the crew to carbon monoxide poisoning.
