ICM has boxed together three 1/72nd scale models of vehicles used by the Ukrainian military in their conflict against Russia. The vehicles offered in this set are the:

SPz Marder 1A3 

Ural 4203 Truck

BM-21 Grad rocket launcher

Looking over the model parts all seem free of moulding issues but there are parts for the Ural 4203 Truck and BM-21 Grad rocket launcher that appear to have a number of parts on the heavy side; I accept that this may just be down to the limitations of the moulds or how they appear to me on the sprue. In 1/72nd scale the models should be up to muster for the war gamer but I am torn as regards how they will look as standalone models in this scale.

The SPz Marder 1A3 is a completely different kettle of fish due to superb crisp model for 1/72nd scale. The inclusion of link and length tracks offers high detail while considering the ease of construction. The moulded detail on the upper hull meets my expectations and I believe should meet your. The fine moulded parts do not share the bulky look of the other two offerings in the box and so I believe this is a much newer mould and effort on the part of ICM.
