Object 483 was an experimental flame tank based on the T-54. It was designed in 1957 and underwent testing 1959-61. The standard T-54 D-10T tank gun was replaced by an OM-250 flame thrower. The vehicle was not accepted for military service.

This conversion is most suitable for the Miniart #37019 T-54 Early Prod. kit but can be adapted to other brands.
