This is the Dragon Models Last Production kit, the actual model had to be backdated in order to show the typical details seen on vehicles belonging to the 503rd Feldherrnhalle Heavy Tank Battalion.

These Tiger IIs displayed additional armour protecting the driver and the radio operator. This particular tank also has a mismatched turret and hull, the hull has Zimmerit but the turret does not.

I depicted the vehicle during its retreat though the Czech countryside during April and May of 1945

All painting and weathering was completed with AMMO by MIGproducts
