Centurion MKVI NATO

This is the AFV Club Centurion MKVI NATO version with the 105mm gun. I started this kit 2 years ago while working in Hawaii, I finally finished it about a month ago. The build was straight forward with no major issues and painted using vallejo acrylics. I kinda expirmented with oils on the side skirts. I used raw umber, vandyke brown, and naples yellow as the colors. Then I used a 1/4 inch brush humidified with odorless mineral spirits to steak the oils. I think it turned out OK. I also used True-Earth dust road effects on the turret and upper hull. Mig pigments and dry brushing were used on the tracks and a final light dusting of tan earth with the air brush finished it off. Forgot to mention the raw umber oil wash after the decals and matt varnish coat was applied. This was my first expirence with an AFV Club kit and they will be high on my list of recomended manafactuers. Hope yall enjoy
