Hey Valdimer, Just outstanding craftsmanship. Growing up in the north east I can say that you have captured the very essence of a cold winter day. Your ability to lay down snow in such an authentic way surpasses all that I have seen. It sits natural and where it belongs. The building and thatched roof are exceptional, and the A.F.V.'s and troops all blend in harmony. Very well executed and leaves no doubt of the story. My hat's off to you and your skill, and may the skunk who was thoughtless enough, may his hands be crazy glued forever!!! bob d.

I agree with who ever said"The best dio that I've ever seen". Not only is everything well made and very convincing looking, but it all makes sense. The figgies are doing what they should be doing and not all just standing around. They all compliment each other nicely,as do the vehicles. And of course, the groundwork.... SPECTACULAR!!!! J

I had a close look at the pictures.....and found all the thoughts I had in the posts above, from "I can feel the cold" to "the best winter dio.." So this work of art apparently generates similar reactions with all of us modellers/dio-builders. Congratulations Sir, outstanding achievement indeed!!! Happy New Year to all (btw)!!!!!!! Cheers Romain

Truly inspiring! From the realistic overall effect -brrr!- to the layout/composition being very believable -it's beautiful! I feel the figures are ALL perfectly posed and a viewer can easily read what's going on. Which is a lot. But not too busy or cluttered. This is like 4-5 vignettes combined, and it is spot-on. A Medic in a great coat? Outstanding!!! Thank You Vladimir. Cheers Dave

Fantastic, especially the partially-destroyed house. Really looks realistic.
