Indeed a very nicely done scene. Is that the Tamiya Jumbo, and did you use any update sets or replacements? It looks good. Sean

Sean, yes it is the Tamiya kit. The only thing I did was make the weld beads more pronounced otherwise it's OOB. Looking back, I think I would have tried using the Blast Models resin conversion for this kit. It seems the Tamiya kit is not as accurate as I first thought.

Excellent dio! Very realistic subject, and it's always nice to see a Jumbo Sherman.

Yeah, I did one of these in 2005 (though I have never photo'd it). At the time, I was told that the TWS turret was the best replacement for itand bought it. Then a week later I found out about the Blast update for the Jumbo. I have seen some peoples work with the Blast set, and it is impressive. However, you have done a good job with the Tamiya OOB. Sean

This is an amazing piece and I'm glad you've shared with us, thanks. The rubble details are great. Furniture, nice painted sherman, and the figures... Everything fits and looks very very nice.
