I'm slowly working my way through the Hobby Fan resin conversion for the M984 HEMTT wrecker, based on the Italeri cargo truck.

I have the bulk of the truck completed, but need assistance in determining where a lot of smaller resin pieces go. They are auxiliary pieces, controls, spades, etc.

Prime Portal is not loading photos for me, and Google images are great for overall shots that do not show the equipment bed at all.

I'd love to get this finished this year. Any ideas?

Thanks! A few of the shots were helpful in locating some of the items.

I also located the re-numbered Tech Manual for the M984 wrecker, and hope to find some tid-bits there as well.

I think I have a Walk around of that on my hard drive at home. If I do, it's yours. First it has to quit snowing so I can get home...

Would a 1/2 M984 fit the bill in the meantime ?

Good job Frenchy. But it`s not a M984 but the wrecker rear module for USMC Mk 48 truck.

Looks like I've goofed with this one...Should have read the data plates more carefully (and not believe the caption either...)

Jim,

I have ~100 hi-res photos of an M984E1 wrecker that I took ~8 years ago. I can send you a DVD at no cost. If you are interested, please IM me.

Thanks and respectfully,

The Last Dinosaur

If this is what you're looking for then yes, I do have it. Not nearly as large as my usual, but shows a lot of the hoses and top views of the "bed."

Maybe this along with the above offer will give you what you need.

Now, to see just how hydraulically-crazy I want to get.......

Freakin' lines all over the place!
