The kit looks pretty good, my only reservation is, (and it may just be an optical illusion) the top down view of the mantlet on the completed model looks like it has a distinct curve or 'bow' to it.

Other people are more qualified to adjudge, but just FYI it's not a true top-down shot (mnore like 75 degrees) because I had to avoid casting my own shadow on the kit.

Ah, amid the "Year of the Panther" another big cat...can one truly have too many Tigers? This one does seem really nice so...

One can never have too many Tigers! I was bitten by the bug since I acquired a Japanese reference book with all sorts of custom Tigers with detailed analysis from historic photos.
