Great progress mate, that’s well & truly rooted…hi-5 for aficionados of Australian slang, non-speakers can Google it but this definition-example should suffice: “Announcing to an Australian that you ``are a cheerleader, so you don't see many football games because you are in the stands rooting'' will give a misleading impression about your devotion to the team”.

You're really capturing that 'Heart of Darkness' jungle feel, Cheyenne!

Is that....parsley?

The tree and root growth claiming the Buddha is outstanding Cheyenne.
You've got a good range of foliage, sweet!
Keep it coming!

Jerry , thanks man .
Tim thanks, lol , yeah what you said .....
Mark , thanks dude , not parsley , mostly ....
Dave thanks man , jungle on !!!

I've washed the idol with various browns and added a Spanish olive for the moldy greens . I still want to add some olive green , a tad darker to the existing greens .

I like to make rural, italian or jungle dioramas, so I noticed yours immediately.
For me, your diorama is amazing. Keep going.

Hi Cheyenne,

Just checked in for the first time in a while.

This tree-choked Buddha is looking amazing.

I hope you're planning to add some suitable creepy-crawlies.

Mantis has an excellent range of jungle beasties - snakes, etc...

Looking forward to the full steamed-up look.

Regards,

Tim

More fictitious jungle ruins . I'm building everything in modules . This will make it easier to stage what I want to place where when I tie everything together . Some I may use some , not .

Stupendous! That Buddha & the brick thingie’s just brilliant, how many hours did they take - all of April by the look of it? Suggest intervene with your son’s Iphone pix & reduce size before posting - I was able to fly round the world, have dinner, a couple of brandies, several cheroots & a nap before they finished loading…

Thanks Tim , yeah , I should fall off the roof more often . I'm getting a lot of bench time . My psychedelic bruising colors have muted down to soft pastel colors . Sorry about the pics , to be honest I've got a abacus grade computer , two hamster drive , I don't have a long load time , I mean it lags a tad but nothing timely .
