I'll be happy to get some ideas for the ribbon of this one.
I'm not so creative.
The only one that I built is this:

I'm considering giving this one a try, but before I sign up I have to find out if the entry I am considering will be allowed I'm interested in doing an LAV-L, it's the Logistics variant of the LAV-25 series but my question is if you'll allow it since it's used for other purposes besides logistics - vehicle towing, casevac, etc. I'm pretty sure it fits the criteria, but I'm looking for an okeedokee from the bossman on this one...

It is OK - it is a logistic vehicle, so no problem.

Thank you, Martin. Count me in with an LAV-LOG then, it's gonna mean a bunch of surgery and kit bashing. An excuse to buy more stuff for the stash, WOOHOO!

I prefer the fourth in Peter list. Very cool !

In my mind the maneuver visible in the fifth drawing has no sense.

I work in this activity area and I can say forklift and footed staff never load a truck at the same time.

Peter for your ribbon ideas.
Being ex-RNZAOC I'm inclined to opt for the first - just the boxes .
I've finally decided (subject to change at a later date ) on what I plan to build. It's something slightly odd in comparison to the majority - Schreitbagger Kaiser SX - Austrian Bundesheer @ 25th.
See you all at the start line .

I like the ribbon with the crates, I think that pretty much sums up logistics.

I have a question, for logistics purpose, can I build a 1/32 navy air craft carrier deck tractor, they are always moving weapons, fuel, personal, etc.

If not, then no worries, I'll just find something else to build. It's good to be back!

This is engineering and not logistic machine - those are not allowed....

Martin the Campaign Leader has the final say on this, but I would say that this fits the rules:

"Operational Overview
A campaign for all of those who are in the second line and supporting the fighting line. "

... in the same way an artillery tractor fits. Basically anything that moves some form of manufactured materials from A to B that somehow aids the frontline soldier (i.e moving soil from A to B is engineering, but moving beer crates from A to B [for shipping to the quatermaster's personal stash - oops] is Logistics )

Martin would I be correct in saying more expanded examples are:

A Train engine with attached Cargo/platform trucks (unarmed trucks)
Military transport aircraft (no AC47 Puff the Magic Dragons!)
Any cargo transport type truck
Forklifts, trolley lift trucks, etc
Container ships, Oil Tankers, etc (Maybe stretching here)
Purpose built Artillery tractors/ towing vehicles (No gun tanks with artillery tied to the back)
Tank Transporters
Airfield/carrier support vehicles (bomb/missile rack towing vehicles, fuel trucks, etc.)

What happens when the customer has ordered new soil for his garden and it has to be transported from somewhere to the garden in question?

Not sure the frontline soldier is all that worried about his garden unless he is growing something to smoke

I get where the question comes from as the Campaign Overview of

"Operational Overview
A campaign for all of those who are in the second line and supporting the fighting line. "

...would suggest an excavator digging trenches could be supporting the fighting line.

Maybe clarification

"Operational Overview
A campaign for all of those who are involved in the movement of manufactured goods in support of those on the fighting line. "

Those are already OK -I think that a wrote them in the beginning. If not - it is my mistake. The problem is t he engineering machines - in my (army) opinion they are in the first line of the war field.
The list that is somewhere up here is just an example of logistic vehicles - not the only allowed for this campaign.

Everything that is supporting the troops and the first line but not involved directly - it is OK. Towing trucks, loading trucks, forklifts, artillery ammunition suppliers, fuel and water trucks, container trucks, tank loaders.
Just an examples.

For some reason I just missed your question - no problem to build vehicles from the air carriers - I think that they are supporting, so...

Just putting it out there (for those unfamiliar with Logistics - having spent 12 years in Defence Logistic Corp), Engineering Coy's are more than often assigned to Logistic Coy/Bat's to undertake numerous tasks that the various Support Corps do not have the required equipment/skills to undertake ..... (more common with smaller sized Defence Forces)....
as a couple of examples:
a: Bulk fuel installations - earth bunds need to be prepared
b: Hospital (containerised) need site leveling
c: Sanitation areas need settling/collection ponds, run-off channels prepared.
I believe the confusion on this matter stems from the limited exposure by many modeller's to the non-combat roles within the Defence Forces.

That said I'm quite happy stand by your decision Martin.
