Here is a review by Sean Langley (pigsty) of SAM Publications'' TSR.2 book: "Lost Tomorrows of an Eagle". A very useful source for anyone not wanting to build a white machine.

Although i`ve only built one example of this in 1/72nd scale i have to say it`s one of the most beautiful aircraft i`ve ever seen.To say that the Labour government of the time was short-sighted in it`s approach to this Angel would be an understatement !.To the best of my knowledge it would have still been in service today and Tornado`s would never have even been dreamed of.
This looks like a great book to add to my collection and i can only hope that someone releases a kit of it in 1/32nd scale (my aircraft scale of choice).
As a footnote, check out some of the what-if decal sheetes at Hannants - i just love the USAF "El Dorado Canyon" mission ones for the strike against Libya.
