Has support e-mail adress a fixed size limit? I sent my entry (13 photos) and got a 'return to sender' error..So I halved the size of the photos and sent them again, got the same error message..The rules ask for 10 to 30 photos but what is the norm for size/resolution or open/rar/zip?

Total file size for attachments is 5MB. 800x600 is the minimum resolution needed/recommended for photos. If you need to send in multiple files that are over the 5 MB cap, just send them as separate emails and we can merge them together so they stay as a group.

Do you require a build article or add-on lists like AM products, scratchbuilt items or is the intent here for the photos to stand on their own?

Bob,

For the DMoM, the photos stand on their own. If your entry wins and is added to the On Display gallery, we will refer to any "special" things you did/added in the announcement and build description, but they aren't included in the voting gallery for use by the voting public. The additional photos and details are also used by the Judges for the Judges' award.

Your post has been received in the resource centre, but there is no file with the pictures attached? What size is the file? 5MB is the maximum size, if your files are bigger, just split them down.

Henk its only about 1.85meg.
But im having trouble with the new layout of hotmail.
ive sent another and if it dont work then im stumped as to whats going wrong.

The emails came through on your response, but no files were attached. Since you are using Hotmail, you may be running up against a 1 MB limit on their side. Can you try just sending in a single file and see if that does the trick?
