German Infantry weapons

by: Vinnie Branigan [ TEACHER ]

What you get

This set is from the Eduard 'Zoom' range. Included are 3 frets, two of which are the same, and are coloured. They are intended for use to update any German Infantry weapons from any manufacturer. On the coloured frets you get slings for rifles, MP38 or 40 Mg's, plus triggers and guards, also the metal folding stock for the MG, clip holders and bit and pieces for the Anti-tank rifle, the MG34 & 42, and a Panzerfaust, for which there are included some rather nifty coloured data plates. Also included in the set are various parts to up-detail grenade cases, holsters, mines, and ammunition cases.

All in all, I consider this to be a very useful set....but then again, I am biased as a modeller of mainly German subjects. However.... I must say that the fact that two of the frets are coloured, would to me at least, be more of a hinderance than a boon, as these would then have to be attached after painting the weapons.

My thanks to Eduard for the review sample.
