At the time of writing this, the All Japan Hobby Show is taking place. As is typical at these events, Dragon Models have made a series of release announcements.
All the new announcements can be seen at the side.

The focus is very clearly on the Axis modeler although there are a couple of interesting points from their published images.

Firstly, the 25 Pounder was amongst the photos showing that YES, they are doing it and yes, the crew are topless...

Now this is excellent confirmation as there were those who saw the announcement as little more than a 'spoiler' it clearly isn't...

Finally, and stepping into my booth, putting on a headscarf and a pair of earrings, my prediction as to what's going to hit the shelves at some point will be... (cue spooky music) an M4a3 (75) in 1/6th Scale. DML have announced this as a pre-built and painted model for those of the Battle Barbie persuasion and will no doubt be released as a kit at some time in the future. Images can be seen at the bottom...

An interesting selection of releases with the two Jagdpanzer IV being of interest to me, but I really would like to get some detail shots of the 25pdr.

Looks like we won't be waiting too long for the 25lber being that they have the kit built up right there. Trumpeter has a KV-1S coming out also. Thats what I like to see. Roy

Should I start building my S-Models Sexton then?

There is no justice for the 25 pounder gun crew in plastic, unpainted They will look terrific once painted up and in firing mode . Well done DML. Michael

Armored SdKfz 10/5 Flak-38! Yay! Flak-38 gun-"truck" fans and Axis "duck-hunters", REJOICE! After a wrestle with that old Italeri thing (pretty neat but rather a bit of a "curate's egg of a kit", to borrow from a reviewer or two...), a modern kit of this calls me loudly! I don't suppose that the Dragon will have addressed some or even any of the issues found in the -10/4 un-armored kit - such as those off drive sprockets, etc... Too much to hope for, maybe. Bob
