As always, Vladi released some excellent figures. The action and humor or the Pacific-themed set is outstanding. Since I am primarily a Vietnam subject matter modeler, the boom boom girl and GI set is a welcome addition for scenes out in the ville for a little in-country R&R. The right arm of the GI seems a tad odd as I am not sure what he is doing with his hand the way it is, although I can guess what he is gesturing. When I build the figure I will most likely be changing him up a bit, so it is not an issue to me. Looking forward to what other cool releases the future brings. Cheers, James

Great Figure set Vladi as i said at Planet Figure before. Nice to see them here at Armorama too :-). I have ordered them both and see when say will arrive. Canīt await it @ James, hello and nice to see you here. The way he holds the hand is an message that he wants interacting with her ;-). i donīt know the gesture by myself till some folks explaind it at Planet Figure.Itīs an regional gesture i think like the way how Britains and Germans order three cups of beer with three Fingers in different ways but means the same . So what you gess is right. Greetings to both of you Stefan

I think the titles are mixed up! That knife in the Jap’s hand could easily be replace by something a little different and then perfectly match the title: “Me so horny”

Good to see you here, too, Stefan. I figured that is what the gesture meant, I just never seen it like that before. When I showed my father pictures of when the kit was first announced a while back, he thought it was a set that was way overdue, but was puzzled by the gesture as he had never seen it used before (and I'm sure he partook of such activities when he was a young unmarried Soldier during his first tour in Vietnam). But then again, he had the rare opportunity to learn Vietnamese at the University of Saigon shortly after he arrived in country, so he spoke enough Vietnamese to interact with the locals... I'd like to see some more sets of GIs without their gear. Cheers, James
