Trumpeter are releasing some very interesting product in the near future, and one of them is a 1/35 Russian Aerosan. Something that is sure to interest those with a taste for the unusual.
The Aerosan was a box on skis with a engine mounted on the rear driving a propeller. For anyone else with out-there tastes in fighting vehicles this one will be right up your alley. Seeing action as they did on several fronts and different flags, the Aerosan should find a happy and willing market.

2321 1/35 Soviet NKL-26 Armored Aerosan

The NKL-26 was an introduced by the Soviet Union during WWII. It was made of plywood and had an armored plate on the front only, was armed only with a 7.62mm DT machine gun and was powered by an M-11G aircraft engine.

Completely new, the molding consists of over 230 parts on 8 sprues plus photo-etched parts and a figure.

Hey, GAOYUE.. good to have you back posting pics of new stuff.. where have you been all this time? That's a very interesting vehicle, by the way. There are a lot of good figures of Russians in winter dress that can be used with it. Hisham

Really awesome! I think i'll spend some money next mounths... The only think that I don't understand about the BTR-40 (of course) is why Trumpeter continues to produce vinyl tyres for wheeled vehicles... As far as I know the majority of modellers doesn't like at all this solution. Vinyl is hard to paint, almost impossible to glue it and during the time could ruin it Anyway, great news indeed cheers

Thank you very much for posting new images, Gaoyue! Great to see, that you are still here! Hmm, is there a possible release-date for the D-20 152mm gun and others? (D-30, or BRDM-2 and the Aerosan) greetings... Soeren
