Of all the manufacturers exhibiting at Nuremberg, Trumpeter was probably the one with most new items on show and in their catalogue.
In addition to these reports covering individual companies, i'll also be doing a full feature on my impressions and some of the New products we can expect to see in the coming year.

The first thing that struck me, when getting a copy of their new Catalogue, that they had also published an additional A3 'flyer' listing even more items.

Trumpeter are approaching the Armor market in several different directions. Broadly speaking, Modern, WWII, German Rail subjects and (Modern) figures. In addition, they will be producing variants on existing chassis' as we've seen with vehicles such as the LAV or Stryker.

We're fortunate that many of the subjects (Strykers, LAVS etc.) have already featured here, in the News Section, in some detail so many of the vehicles will have been seen . However, i'll use this report as a 'summary' of what we'll (hopefully) see during the course of the year.

The first is a pretty extensive line:

1/35th Scale Railroad Items

00217 - Damplocomotiv BR86

00218 - Panzerlok BR57 ARMORED Locomotive

01509 - Geshutzwagen

O1516 - Panzerjager Trebwagen 5

01517 - Railway Gondola

I won't repeat items which have already been covered here but i'll add those which haven't been covered yet:

01006 - MAZ 537 (Last Production Variant)

01502 - Canadian Grizzly APC

01506 - Canadian Husky (Improved Version)

No release dates were forthcoming for these at all...

Well, last word I had from Trumpeter was that they were unlikely to be available much before december. So, if you have access to this tremendous source of information, we'd ALL be delighted to share in it... Mouldings tend to sell figures rather than box-art...

I would be happy to share Jim, there is a small catalogue for Uk distribution of kits called Pocketbond LTD In there has the box art for all par two figures sets and they are the outline. I agree with you on molds but they are still on the list. Thanks for replying. The photos are about 3 1/2 cm wide so There is little hope of scanning and enlarging them with out pixelating them. Yeah, Martyn, don't be a tease, show us pics! Better yet, send them to Jim R for the news. Or else I'll be showing a certain picture (ask your bro which one )! Don't dare me, you know I will! LOL! Jim, I'm not so sure about that box-art vs mouldings statement - I reckon most people buy (figures) mostly based on how appealing the box-art is. That said, perhaps a debate for another thread instead of taking this one off-topic Rudi
