A new Russian company BRAVO-6 have launched a series of 1/35 figures in resin sculpted by Armorama member Vladimir Demchenko.
The first three figures are
B-35001 US Infantry Staff Sergeant Vietnam 1968
B-35002 US Infantry Private (1) Vietnam 1968
B-35003 US Infantry Sergeant Vietnam 1968

The company website is not yet ready to go but meanwhile you can order figures at the following vendors although I can't see any prices for the figures:

It's good to see Vladimir's work being produced commercially and I think Vietnam GIs are a good choice of figures to begin with. I suspect these figures will be picked up by other vendors soon.

These figs are a bit ironic. The company that Oliver Stone (the director of Platoon) was bravo company, and the characters are also part of bravo company in the movie. This is ironic because of the name of the company, bravo six, releasing them. I will definatly be getting Chris, as he is dressed like a regular "grunt." not sure about the others.

I think these are great figures, even if you don't want the Movie tie in you could just replace the heads with some hornet heads and they could grace any Vietnam diorama. I just glad to have some new Vietnam era figures and I echo everything Havoc has said above. But also how about some French Indo-China era figures. David
