Missed your post back in July, but yes I have the kit. I started a Build Log last year, but ran out of time. I had gotten as far as scratchbuilding the Talon and interior components needed for the EOD version. Now I'm waiting for the Hobby Boss PackBot and I'll be able to close it up and finish it. It's a great kit, and yes, I got mine dircetly from Cromwell.

The Max Blow is NOT the Standard. The only reason the US Military bought these is because Navistar took a Commercial Dump Truck chassis and threw this bolt together capsule on it. Most times when this thing takes a blast it is DONE! In my opinion The Cougar is a far better vehicle. Yes I am Biased too since I work for the company who builds the cougar. However having said that I am NOT a salesman on the vehicle and if you came through my classes i would tell you the faults. Heck I can tell you the faults on all of them. I just wish that somebody would make any of the MRAPs in plastic. Of course having the latest versions of the Cougar and Buffalo would be best.

Fellow modellers, I might sound like a pain in the ass, but I still didn't get my MRAP Cougar kit. Ordered and payed for it in october 2009, forwarded several e-mails with requests on the status. I did get replies stating that due to circumstances the delivery was delayed ( workshop flooded, problems with royal mail:packages lost)...so Gordon I sincerely hope that all the problems are solved. If you read this then please let me know. slowly I am starting to worry. Regards, Patrick
