Same thing in Greece....[/quote] LOL That goes on all over the place. When you see a road crew here in the states there is normally 1 or 2 workers and 3 or more shovel holders. BTW, nice looking kit!

I suppose these guys will have some useful diorama appeal, but to me, as much as people love to rant about DML making figs doing nothing, these guys are TRULY doing nothing. While Masterbox is churning out a lot of action oriented figure kits, DML is giving us a lot of cigarette smokers and people looking or pointing off into the distance.....

When I was in the Army the rule for using ladders was one person on the ladder, two people holding the ladder and an NCO supervising all three -maybe there was a similar rule in the Fallschirmjagers about mortars. Give the the three resting guys weapons and you could put them on the top of a King Tiger in the Ardennes. I know we haven't seen the actual figures yet but it's dissapointing to see how much detail they've gone to when the 8th army set was so basic.

You guy actually have someone doing the work to look at. Here in Holland you first have a discussion on how things should go... Then there are peopl pro the idea and people that are against the idea. The people pro are willing to start working immediately but eventually cannot start because the people against it are protesting So work stops even before it began. Then it is up to the higher ranks... More discussing, Debating, protesting and eventually a sollution will be found. Couple of days later a 2 hour task is finally performed... Only way DML could have made it better to Dutch standards was to have the 4th guy who is cleaning the mortar actually stop his work and join the other three for a heated debate about the best way of cleaning the mortar, pointing at the thing, shouting, ridiculing the others. But then again. They are German

We have a mix of Spain, Holland and Greece. First there are 3 supervisors for every worker. The supervisors get the training and the bonus and the worker doesn't coz he's a temp. Then in the end the supervisor hold a meeting for discussing why it went wrong and invariably they reach the conclusion that the worker was incompetent and they sack the guy
