In the works at Hobby Boss is its kit on this Soviet arored train, this time equipped with the F-34 gun.
Produced in 1938 by the Kirov Plant, the Motobronevagon MBV-2 was a self-propelled armored train of which two were built. It originally mounted 76.2mm KT-28 guns that, over time, were replaced with the F-34 series guns used on the T-34 tanks.

Hobby Boss' Soviet MBV-2 F-34 Gun (85515) is scheduled for release in January 2019.

Not really seeing how this is different from the first one they released? The second one had the KT-28 guns on it and actually looks different. This on has slightly different barrels? Wonder if they'll come out with a 3 in 1 kit later!?

Looking at the box arts of 85514 and 85515, the gun mantlet appears to be different.

Sure would be impressively large! These armoured trains are such interesting subjects but they can literally fill a shelf on their own.
