Scheduled for release this month, Modelcollect shares built-up photos of its upcoming kit.
The Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) is an eight-wheel drive, diesel-powered, tactical vehicle used by the U.S. military as well as countries. Variants have been produced based on specific usage: as cargo truck, fuel tanker, wrecker, and even as tractor for trailer-mounted missile systems.

Modelcollect’s USA M983A2 HEMTT Tractor & M870A1 Semi-trailer (UA72083) kit is rendered in 1/72 scale. No photo-etched parts are included in this kit.

Background information on the vehicle sourced from Wikipedia.

It is nice to see M983A2/A4 LET HEMTT Tractor and M870A1 Lowboy scissor neck trailer. Well there are some problems with this HEMTT. The most important part missing is the winch, and the live roll to bring the trailer to the fifth wheel. The cab for the 983A4 LET is also different too.

At the risk of sounding a bit catty, this company is progressive enough to be offering a Russian MAZ 7410 tractor, it seems they would have gone for the latest A4 HEMTT rather than coming out with yet again another copy of the older style A2 HEMTT.

Like Ronnie said, it is not an A4 version nor a LET. The M983A2 LET has a winch in place of the spare and a roller at the rear of the frame. M983A2 LET The A4 version HEMTT has a totally different cab and engine/radiator/air cleaner layout, which is all carried over to the M983A4 LET. M983A4 LET This model has none of the above LET nor A4 features. It is simply an M983A2 HEMTT tractor mated to an M870A1 trailer (as the boxtop indicates).

Yeah! What Gino said. Just joking, while at the same time agreeing. I wish they HAD done the A4 LET. Far more interesting and timely.
