Current kit-in-process at MiniArt is a set of T-34 wheels, 1942-43 series. Kit 35239 contains 40 plastic parts to build a complete wheels set.

Would these be a step-up on the Dragon kit wheels, or intended more for the Zvezda, Tamiya and other "inferior" kits?

Not sure on this one. If they were the same ones included in the kits, they were nothing to write home about. The same goes with their seperate track releases. Maybe if they are cost effective, there may be a market.
