As if Takom's 1/144 scale one wasn't big enough! Waiting for Dragon to announce one in 1/35.

These kits on subjects like this are so patently absurd that they're funny and the amount of time wasted on them sad.Talk about niche market.

You dont like this kind of subject?...in part me too,but it is not the right reason to be so rude to these people who make them and gets them, and remember that for most of the world's population our hobby "are so patently absurd that they're funny and the amount of time wasted on them sad "....

Am now building the Takom kit for a campaign. Indeed even at 1/144 the kit is big. Am guessing this one at 1/72 would be more than 15 inches.

If you think 1/72 is big, then look at the build from Mike High/TacFireGuru. His model of the Landkreuzer P1000 Ratte is in 1/35!

Why come in here then, the title was pretty self explanatory but it drew you in like a moth to the flame. Model making is a niche hobby so this fits well ....

I love the "tides" comment! Just got done watching "Man in the High Castle" season 2..boy those krauts could think big...Hey I know Gunter let's put a cruiser turret on a tank and see if it works..Ok Helmut but only after we have a flying saucer..okay but first lets invade another country we can't deal with. DONE

The Germans should have built a fleet of them out of wood and canvas as a deception campaign. Maybe a few inflatable ones too. We have a train full of reinforcements for the panzer division that must get through! Inflate a ratte to fool the Allied fighter-bombers.
