Looks interesting and unusual but I can't get the point. What would be visible on the finished model? Or it is supposed to be built as museums exhibit or fitters school training aid with cutouts?

Are the driver and radio operator hatches opened, as well as the engine hatches?

I like the diea, yet am underwhelmed by the execution: lack of detail, seem lines everywhere... We know Modelcollect can do better. As to the point of providing the interior: same as always, from cutouts to destroyed vehicles etc. Maybe they could make the turret roof as an entirely independent piece, so that you can remove it easily to show the interior...

Don't expect too much from the Chinese in Braille scale nowadays. The times of the good Dragon kits are gone, now fast builds with moulded-on details are in vogue. The detachable turret roof is good idea, but I'm afraid you must have there a holder, such like on those tea pot caps...

Sorry, but your comment on Chinese models is just wrong. Other Modelcollect kits are of very good quality. The molded on tools are a controversial topic, but in Braille scale this is not obsolete per se. Plenty of other manufacturers still resort to that practice. And just having built a Flyhawk Luchs,I can tell that the era of good "Chinese" models is far from over. This Luchs has gotta be one of the best Braille kits ever made...

Totally agree! I'm a big Flyhawk advocate. Apart from their PE, which is fiddly but fantastic, they do make the best 1/72 armor kits, and the best 1/700 styrene ship kits. But back to Model Collect - I just got their T90. It comes with die-cast lower hull; not a big fan of mixed plastic and die-cast kits. Do all their kits come like that?

Nope. I have two of their T-64 kits: T-64 Model 1975 (UA72012), and T-64BV Main Battle Tank, Mod 1985 (UA72029). Both have styrene hulls.

Well even some interior is more than we ever got from Dragon. I'm not expecting perfection so hats off to them for trying this and I'll be picking up one to play with in due course ....
