The latest book from Concord Publications has just been announced:

Concord's 'Armor at War' series will shortly have a new and interesting addition:

7049 - Panzer on the Ostfront 1941-43 (ISBN 962-361-078-5) Is written by Frank V. De Sisto and following the usual format, is a softcover book consisting of some 72 pages which contain 168 photos with 16 color plates which were commisioned for the book. The title should be self-explanatory, the book deals primarily with Panzer units on the Eastern Front although some coverage is also given to the Balkan Campaign of 1941. Inevitably of course, modellers will be buy this book for the images and as I have a number of De Sisto's books, one of the best aspects is always the concise captioning of the images.

Although the primary focus of the book are tanks, photo-coverage is also given to the many other armored and soft-skin vehicles within the Panzer Divisions.

Specifically included for modellers are the 16 color plates which were executed by Laurent Lecocq.
