The new SU-101 from Trumpeter is already out, a Soviet vehicle that was too late to fight.
In 1944 the Construction Bureau of the Ural Heavy Machinery Plant developed the SU-101 with the D-10S gun and the SU-102 with the D-25S gun. Both vehicles were designated as Uralmash-1. Prototypes were manufactured in April 1945. The vehicles never entered mass production nor saw service.

Trumpeter's model has more than 340 parts, including a photo etch fret and plastic link & length tracks.

So name a company that does slide mould most/all barrels? AFAIK most companies still do split barrels.

BOTH are really cool looking... too bad the German vehicle was only on paper and the Russians actually built a prototype of theirs. I'd build them BOTH IF I only had the time. Jeff
