Interesting concept. I'm not sure about the functionality of the devices shown in the animations, but the concept is certainly there.

I suspect this is due to their assessment of surviveability on the battlefield, or perhaps budget or new tactics. Tie down defenders with these while manned units maneuver to the flank.

so our kids with video games will be our saviours.. will give rise to small bots and arty delivering anti electronics packages . the arms race continues
