Mirage Hobby has a new range of models that come also with glue and paint.
While there are similar products from other brands, what is new for me is that Mirage Hobby offers kits at 1/35.

The box has the kit itself, modelling glue, paints and a paintbrush, which is most of what you need (everyone already has a knife and probably sandpaper).

Beginners can benefit from a single purchase for building a first kit,but this will be useful also if you have a short trip and want to build something without carrying all your stuff, or if you want a Polish tank model but do not need several jars of paint for a single kit.

The following kits are currently available as Model Sets:
  • Ref. 835061 Bofors 37 mm Anti Tank gun
  • Ref. 835094 7TP Light Tank - Twin Turrret
  • Ref.835093 Tanquette TKS-B
  • Ref 835092 7TP Light Tank - Single Turret
  • Ref 835091 "Kubus" Armored car

Nice idea- but question: what's the size of the paint pots?

Is the TKS just a rebox of the previous Mirage kit or is it new tool?

Believe they are the same as the flip toppots included in Airfix starter sets and Italeri starter sets,

Could help bring more young people and casual modelers into the hobby.

Could be a good idea, but I wouldn't recommend the typical Mirage model to any beginner. They're not really well known to be user friendly.

Carlos, please be advised that Polish Mirage offers 1/35 scale kits for a long time. Even when the brand was called Spojnia by 1985, I´ve obtained the 7TP Polish tank kit, and I agree with AFVFan, these kits are not for beginners! Even worse they continue issuing the same kits from these years. You can check it on scalemates.com timeline!
