Nice! Now if somebody with enough knowledge could review it... While not packed with all extras (PE, tracks, etc) the price makes it approachable for a larger audience.

yes indeed from the past sadly we don't have any tanks any more

Isn't recent news that the Netherland are standing up 18 x Leopard 2A6NLs in a Squadron of 43 Mechanized Brigade? The tanks are being leased from Germany.

The 2A4 Kit was nicely done, affordable and offered different options. This looks to follow in that pattern. The 2A4 Kit tracks were pretty good, the engine screens were moulded well. Only complaint I had was that Revell did not do a 1 piece barrel-took a lot of work and I still could not clean it up completely. I will check this one out.

i (tried to) built their a6 kit couple of years ago. awful kit, i hope this is indeed all new and not re-used old molds.

And that's all that matters to me! I guess I'll need (again) 2 of these. The first will be build in Bundeswehr markings (of course ....) and as I still have enough decals from Revell's new 2A4 left, the other one will be of the Polish Army. They got the 2A5 last year. I'm happy about this kit .... Torsten PS: Nathan, Revell has got the A6 out about 2 years ago. You might try that one. I've build it last year and it's really a nice kit. You might try that one.

Be advised that all NL Leo 2A4, A5, A6s had bolts on the front hull ... no exceptions so far I know. And I believe Jason is correct about this new Dutch squadron being established as part of some new Dutch/German PzBat to be raised and stationed around Munster Training Center. I wonder if the Dutch will use their own "markings" on their tracks and which version of the Leo 2 they will use ? Cheers Christopher

Leo's to Go As far as I'm concerned, IMHO, the more kits we have to choose from the better. And with fellow modelers and contributors posting reviews, the decision of purchase becomes easier. THANKS Darren Todd
