To make applying a chipping effect easier, True Earth has announced two colors now available as Scraping Paints.
True Earth has announced two colors in what looks to be a new line of Scraping Paints. The acrylic/resin paints can be applied then chipped without the use of hairspray or another liquid. The first two colors available are Russian 4BO Green and German RAL 7028 Dunklegelb.

I wonder how they will react when painted over another color scrape-able paint, as on a 3-color camo job.

What do you do? Paint it over a rust or primer color base coat, then scrape? What kind of paint is it, and do you put it over an acrylic base, or enamel, or lacquer? Or it doesn't matter? And what kind of tool do you use to scrape - wet brush, toothpick, chisel, etc? So many questions!
