The canvas is manufactured from .5mm coloured Polystyrene plastic and needs a little bit of work for proper fitting on the model truck body. Comes in a model box with pictured “How to do” instruction sheet. In preparation are canvas hoods for Büssing NAG L4500 S/A from AFV Club (AF35170 / AF35270), Einheitsdiesel (ICM No.35003) from IBG and for the Zil-131 truck (ICM No.35515) from ICM.

To follow later are canvas hoods for modern military trucks as the FMTV / LMTV kits from Trumpeter.

And new information from MR Modelbau regarding United Fun/Fine Cast Models(FCM):
Re-release of FCM kits in 1/35th scale

"We are preparing re-releases of the 1/35th scale resin kits of the German FCM model series / United Fun Hobbymodellbau, Andreas Richter and will take over the products to our own model range.

The complete rights of the kits are still by United Fun Hobbymodellbau, all necessary reworking and repairs of the master kits will be made by us. We make also the manufacturing of the kits including all extra parts as CNC turned metal gun barrels, new improved instruction sheets and a new model box.

The new manufactured kits can be obtained in near future step by step from United Fun Hobbymodellbau, but all kits will be available in our own webshop as soon as they are in production again. We will make also the spare part service for all newly manufactured 1/35th FCM kits. The products are for direct sale to the modeler and will not be available for traders."

First new re-releases will be the Panzerzerstörer Panther with 12.8cm Pak (FCM-3501) (reviewed here)
and the Panzerjäger IV starr Krupp proposal (FCM-3502).
First re-release of a modern AFV is the German Schützenpanzer lang HS 30 of early Bundeswehr times, other kits are to follow.
