C2 Without a Conversion

The latest news is in from Takom, and for those Canadian armour fans there is an upgraded Leopard crawling our way.

Takom has announced that a Leopard C2 MEXAS is in the works. Until now, Canadian amour fans that wanted a C2 had to rely on resin conversion, not now. The plastic kit is stated to have movable wheels and suspension, photo-etched parts, markings for four vehicles and a figure. The new Orochi workable tracks will also be included in the box. The kit is slated for a January 2014 release.

I guess that I can skip the search for a Leo 1A5 for the Legends conversion that I have... Perhaps I will hold what I have until the TACOM C2 comes out and decide then. Based on Anthony's Sewards' involvement, this should be a good one, hopefully with LdSH markings. John

I read somewhere, that this kit will share the lower hull and running gear with the Meng kit. Anyone has more info on that? Thomas
