MiniArt Are set to release a new 1/35 scale Middle East diorama set.
Due for imminent release from MiniArt, this 1/35 scale diorama set depicting a middle Eastern street scene looks very impressive. The Kit contains 255 parts and is noteworthy in that not just the fronts of the buildings are detailed, but also the interiors, complete with floor tile patterns, doors and window frames.

That is very interesting indeed, so many ideas come to mind when I see this. The challenge is that inside the buildings you also need to decorate the rooms and probably set some furniture and civilians inside. that's a lot of work and details there. it's a really nicely detailed base.

The buidlings are more N. Africa / Marocco than Middle East. They look nice, just not really good for a Middle East setting.

Something to think about. With very little modification this set could be transformed into an Italian setting. J
