ICM has sent Armorama news of a World War Two German ambulance in the works.
ICM has been very busy over the last couple of years offering soft skinned vehicles from various nations to the modelling public. The latest news from ICM is listed as a Typ 2,5-32 with shelter but I feel that Opel Blitz ambulance better describes the new offering for most of us and it looks promising.

I need medic for wounded german soldier figure...
NOV 15, 2013 - 10:58 AM
If you can still find them, Dragon has a figure set called Aachen 1945 with a kneeling medic tending to a semi-reclining wounded figure, and an older set of medics with a medic supporting a walking wounded and another wounded on a stretcher. These might be out of production. Masterbox has a set of German prisoners with some walking wounded, and another set of four Germans carrying a wounded buddy on a shelter quarter. Back to Dragon, they have a set of winter paras in padded snowsuits with one guy supporting a walking wounded. If you're just looking for a medic, any suitable kneeling figure with appropriate equipment could be modified for the job.
