Ace Models announce that they have the 1937 Olympia Staff Car in production.
Joining Ace's 1/72 range of injection moulded kits (as number 72506) is the Olympia, a vehicle in widespread use by the German armed forces in WWII.

The Olympia was a small family car produced from 1935 to 1940. The car was first presented in February at the 1935 Berlin Motor Show. The Olympia was named in anticipation of the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games. OL37 (1935-37) had a 1.3 litre engine. Between 1935 and the 1940 over 168,000 units were built.

Comments

Maybe I'm just too hard to please, and too critical, but the kit looks a little rough around the edges, and the body sections look like they come pre-damaged and dented.
