The Hummel is coming back, Dragon Models has announced the re-production of this mobile gun.
Dragon Models has announced the Hummel, Late Production version, is going back into production. The re-issued kit will have a newly tooled driver housing and extra-thin gun shield. Also the kit is stated to be coming with Magic Track.

6321 – Sd.Kfz.165 Hummel Late Production

According to Dragon Models USA the re-release is slated for July 2013.

Ooooh, how exciting... Thinner gun shields and a slightly re-worked belly pan. I wonder if DRAGON changed the drivers' dash panel light in this re-release..? Oh yeah, before I forget- more 1/35 Panzer crew sets... Gee...

Thanks for the news! I was going to pick up the older kit and an expensive aftermarket armor set but now I don't have to! This is a great option for the many builders like me who have never built a Hummel!
