Another great product is now available from True Earth, and you should be prepared for the cold.
True Earth, a manufacturer of great water based weathering agents, has released a new product to help prepare your vehicles for winter. WhiteWash is a resin/acrylic waterbased scrappable paint, perfect for those winterized camouflage jobs. Here are some basic instructions, right from True Earth:

A single passage for worn winter whitewash effects.
- Just apply it with brush or airbrush ( non thinning)
- As dry, remove as you like with water wet bushes.
- Rinse largely under soft waterflow : paint will finally fix.
Brush or airbrush use. All models, all scales.

I think it is known, I am a big fan of True Earth, I really like their products, and from the look of this product, it looks like it will be a hit. This product should make it easier, for even amateur model builders, to get a good winter look without the trials and tribulations of the “hairspray method”.

Looks interesting but I wonder how many 1/35 vehicles can be white washed with this little bottle (17 ml is the size of Valljeo paints). 5E is not a cheap price for that quantity. However I would gladly try it on my current build I love all those ready to use products. spit
