Relatively new comer Limes Model is back with some new diorama accessories. This time you will be fenced in.
Limes Model is back with some more laser cut wood products, this time a fantastic looking Transylvanian gate and some wooden fence. The gate kit is reported to have 119 plus parts and instructions. The fence kit is made to add more fencing the great looking gate. Maybe the center point of a diorama featuring one of the new Hungarian AFV's coming.

Superb! Thanks for the info. I've got some of their urban tree grilles, and also one of their sets for the GMC, both top quality, but this time they've outdone themselves! Goes straight to the top of my shopping list for diorama items. Cheers, Christophe

Thanks, Kevin, for posting this. The gate is a minor masterpiece in its own right. Would love to use one in a diorama, but wouldn't know what units or time period to use.

I know what you mean, it is gorgeous piece, it would definately be the center piece of a diorama. I am thinking one of the new Hungarian tanks would fit with it. But I could be wrong.

Dear Sirs, We designed this gate especially for 1:35 scale dioramas including Hungarian vehcles in Transylvania during the WWII. The gate is still standing there, but nobody knows the bulding up date. It could be late XIXth century. BTW you can find a picture about the original at our website. Best regards and happy modeling, Robert (from Limes Model, Hungary)

Robert, is there a photo of the gate from WWII? And are you sending review samples to Armorama? This gate should definitely get reviewed. Anyone know what units operated in Transylvania (besides the usual vampire brigades)? Sorry, I couldn't resist that one since my older girl has me watching "True Blood" with her. Maybe a T-34/85 from the Soviet breakthrough across the Don going past the gate?
