Really really wondeful news. Will we be expecting a 6,8 or 12 men team for this project? ? I really do hope to see a One-Zero with a M3 grease gun, indigenous soilders with XMs and M79s, One-two with black VC uniforms and a AN/PRC-10 radio... Anyway, all will be in the shopping list for this year..

Thanks Alex! I~m planning 6 figures (as 3 x 2 fig sets)- 2 US members and 4 indigs. I hope that it`ll be interesting combinations of unifoms, gear and weapons. At last, my thanks to Paul Bishop from LINK for his kind help and consultations. This amazing web-site is great for inspiration and info!

They look really cool Vladimir! I`m a bit curious about the sawn-off RPD though. Did that really happen? I saw pictures on the site, but that is reenactment and I`m not sure if all their gear is accurate.

Didn't realise the SEAL's used the Rapid People Destroyer, but not suprised. I have seen pics of MACV with them, and read books about them. On the kit side, what a great kit! definately going to get this!

Vladimir's sculpting just keeps getting better and better. The poses are excellent as is his attention to detail on the uniforms and equipment. Something to keep in mind is that Vladimir does extensive research on his subjects, so if he models something in a figure kit, then at some point in the war, it happened like depicted by his figures. There are not always clear wartime photographs of certain things especially when you are looking for items that were part of classified operations. Good reenactment group sites are a decent source of getting a clearer view of some items if they actually have the real thing. About the cut down RPD, there are wartime pictures of SOG members carrying them. I can see these figures making a great impact on MACV-SOG related projects. The figures are so good, they can stand on their own like how they have single figure displays at the figure shows and competitions. Great work, Vladi! Cheers, James

Wow, that is the first time I have seen an RPD cut down: it looks absolutely badass! I`ll keep an eye out for this kit
