MiniArt has released a product titled Allied Drivers in 1/35th scale and this offers four figures from prvious releases in one place.

Review

This offering from MiniArt is provided in one of their end opening card cartons, which I am not a fan of due to their limited protection for the contents. The 4 figures provided consist of 2 Soviet drivers, a British or Commonwealth soldier and a US truck driver. Looking over the mouldings, despite their age as these are not new releases but a new combination of release the face and hand detail is good and the casting generally is also clean with good crease detail and general uniform represented.

The uniform of the 2 Soviet drivers is Summer or warm weather clothing, various medals are represented on both figures. One of the drivers is driving using tillers and so would be better suited as a tank driver or some of the tractors that were popular with the Soviets.  I do not see any major concerns with these Soviet figures.

The American GI is wearing a shoulder holster, which I imagine would be quite useful as a truck driver. He is also wearing one of the woolled peaked caps which is a nice detail in my opinion. The only negative that I see is that the sole of the footwear is rounded and so will need to be sanded to bring it back to a more realistic look. The British Commonwealth driver is indicated on the packaging as a member of the Royal Army Service Corps, with the only bit that looks a little odd to me being the beret, which seems to be an odd shape. Something shown on the packaging, which is not present on this figure is 303 rifle clip pouches. Otherwise, another useful figure for the spares box.

Included with the figures are 4 Mosin Nagant rifles with ammunition pouches, 2 PPSh-41 machine guns - these are offered with the option of a drum or banana magazine and again ammunition pouches are provided for both types of magazine. Small arms that are included for the American and the Brit is a Colt.45 both in and out of its holster, a Webley .38 pistol again both in and out of its holster. There is one other automatic pistol present that I cannot identify. Lastly, you have binoculars, a camera and document pouch to allow you to add a narrative to your finish.
